The UV-LED Oven standard configuration operates at a 365 nm wavelength, but customized wavelengths can be installed to meet specific needs. The intensity of the UV light is easily adjusted via a potentiometer on the front panel. For added versatility, the UV-LED oven also offers an inert gas option, allowing for precise UV curing under controlled, oxygen-free conditions. It is designed to seamlessly integrate with the Laboratory Roll-to-Roll Coater, a versatile and compact system for precise thin-film processing in lab and pilot-scale environments.
