LBIC and Imaging - software

The LBIC software enables ultra-fast mapping of small and large area solar cells.

LBIC and EQE Imaging of Solar Cells Laser beam induced current (LBIC) mapping is an established technique for creating an image of the functional area of a solar cell. This enables you to detect defects and efficiency variations, as well as accurately determine that active area. The latter is crucial for determining the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of your solar cells.
