Infrared Oven for the Laboratory Roll-to-Roll Coater
The infrared (IR) oven offers powerful, direct heat transfer to the material, bypassing the need to heat the surrounding air. Equipped with two easily interchangeable IR light sources, you can tailor the drying process to your specific experiment with available options of Clear, Ruby, and Gold lights. The IR intensity is controlled via a potentiometer, and the air temperature is conveniently displayed on the front panel. For more advanced applications, the 1kW IR oven also includes an inert gas option, enabling efficient drying in controlled, inert environments. It is designed to seamlessly integrate with the Laboratory Roll-to-Roll Coater, a versatile and compact system for precise thin-film processing in lab and pilot-scale environments.
