Scaled Solar Cell Fabrication with the LR2RC750 Solar Coater

Are you new to roll-to-roll processing or looking to expand your processing capabilities? At infinityPV, we have carefully selected roll-to-roll components that enable the production of fully flexible and encapsulated solar cells. The LR2RC750 Solar Coater is compact in its design and fits directly into your laboratory while still providing the power needed to perform all tasks for solar cell production.

  • LR2RC750 Platform: Featuring anodized aluminum rollers, web tension control, automatic 3-inch core spindles, touch screen interface, and easy-to-use operation buttons.

  • 20 m of ITO/PET substrate on bobbin

  • Advanced Mounting System: Manual adjustment with digital micrometers units for two-point head to substrate distance readout.

  • Jumbo Syringe Pump: Provides precise and consistent ink delivery, ideal for research applications.

  • 115 mm Stainless Slot-die Head (100 mm Working Width) incl. Shim Kit

  • Fitting Kits: Low and High viscosity versions included.

  • Air Knife Pro: Provides versatile drying and quenching for thin films.

  • Roll-to-Roll Flexographic Printer: Specially designed for scaled R2R printing

  • Roll-to-Roll Laminator: Encapsulation becomes possible and readily scalable in R2R processing.

  • UV-LED oven: LED light sources for fast and efficient curing of adhesives for laminations and encapsulations.

  • Inert Gas Oven:  For effective drying and curing at a lab scale, enabling quick setup and adjustments to meet your specific needs.
