Ideally suited for processes where drying on both sides is needed as in the case of the Wet Processing Center where the foil is wetted on both sides. The temperature can within limits be set differently above and below the foil. Perfect for solvent evaporation and more.
Inert Gas Oven for the Laboratory Roll-to-Roll Coater
The oven of choice when using the Wet Processing Center, as it allows for efficient drying of both sides of the foil. The drying process involves evaporation of a solvent carrier, washing liquid or drying out porous films. This can be done using either compressed air or inert gas. The desired drying temperature is quickly reached and can easily be adjusted using the integrated PID controller. It is designed to seamlessly integrate with the Laboratory Roll-to-Roll Coater, a versatile and compact system for precise thin-film processing in lab and pilot-scale environments.
