How the Laboratory Roll-to-Roll Coater is Enabling Cutting-Edge Battery Research at the University of Eastern Finland
Precision Coating for Advanced Drug Delivery
We are excited to share that the University of Eastern Finland (UEF) in Kuopio has added the Laboratory Roll-to-Roll Coater from infinityPV to their research infrastructure. This versatile system, delivered through our European reseller SEIKA, is now supporting UEF’s work in battery development, including lithium-ion and solid-state technologies.
As part of the installation, SEIKA conducted operation training, giving researchers hands-on experience in setting up, running, and optimizing coating processes. With this tool, UEF can now produce high-quality electrode coatings under controlled conditions, enabling them to accelerate innovation in anode, cathode, and dry electrode development.
The Laboratory Roll-to-Roll Coater is designed to bring industrial-level precision to the laboratory, featuring:
